This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) provides outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages. The facility operates with established clinical protocols and maintains professional standards for care delivery across a diverse patient population. Clinicians are expected to deliver thorough and accurate care consistent with the demands of a community health setting.

Thousand Oaks is situated in the Conejo Valley and offers a range of outdoor and family-oriented attractions, including Wildwood Regional Park, Paradise Falls, and the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. The area also features cultural destinations such as The Gardens of the World, alongside family-friendly venues including kidSTREAM and Kids World Family Fun Center.

The physician will provide outpatient primary care services Monday through Friday in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting with a flexible schedule offering 8-hour or 10-hour shift options within a 40-hour work week. Clinical responsibilities include managing typical primary care cases across all age groups, addressing minor acute care needs, and delivering women's health services. Clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of 20-24 patients per day and document clinical encounters accurately. Additional clinicians, medical assistants, and LVN staff are present on-site to support daily operations, and credentialing is expedited for this position.
