This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) provides outpatient primary care services, including on-site urgent care, to a primarily adult patient population in Manchester, California. The facility operates with established clinical protocols and maintains professional standards for care delivery across a diverse community. Clinicians are expected to deliver thorough and accurate care consistent with the demands of a community health setting.

The Manchester Beach and Mendocino Coast area offers a range of outdoor and nature-based attractions, including horseback riding at Ross Ranch and the scenic Bowling Ball Beach. Wildlife experiences are available at a nearby nature preserve, and the coastline provides whale watching lookouts for those seeking scenic ocean activities. The physician associate will provide outpatient primary care services Monday through Friday on a 4x10 shift schedule, with 2 hours of administrative time allotted each day. Clinical responsibilities include delivering typical primary care services and managing on-site urgent care for acute presentations, primarily for an adult patient population. Clinicians are expected to manage a caseload of 20-24 patients per day and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for this position.
