A 25-bed critical access facility in Southeast Colorado is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their primary care team two physicians and two advanced practice providers.

The Opportunity:
- $280,000+ base salary plus productivity model
- 100% Outpatient role with the ability to pick-up ED shifts
- Medical Director / Chief of Staff responsibilities welcomed *Leadership stipends available
- No formal hospital call requirement
