Job Description
A 23 bed Critical Access Hospital in Southeast Colorado is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician to join its primary care team consisting of one physician and two experienced advanced practice providers.
This dedicated group is looking for a community minded physician who is passionate about delivering meaningful, high quality care to a rural population.
The Opportunity:
- $280,000+ base salary plus productivity model
- 100% Outpatient role with the ability to pick-up ED shifts
- Medical Director / Chief of Staff responsibilities welcomed *Leadership stipends available
- HRSA score of 21 - Excellent student loan repayment options available
- Comprehensive benefits package plus sign-on / relocation assistance, 26 days of PTO, 401(k) with 3% employer matching, malpractice insurance with tail, and much more!
