Job Overview

• Dates needed: 9/1/2025 - 3/31/2026, Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
• Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 15-20 patients/day (5+ yrs old)
• Job Details:
  • Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
  • No call, no weekends
  • 4 admin hours/week (36 hrs of seeing patients)
  • No procedures - general primary care medicine
  • Credentialing: 30+ days
• Client Requirements: Board Certified in FM with 2+ yrs of Primary Care experience (preferred), active CT License (or active IMLC), CT CSR, DEA, BLS, current vaccines
• EMR: EPIC
