Family Medicine Solo job located in Delaware
Job Description
- Private Practice
- Care management team
- Two locations
(Login for Information) (FMAG) is currently seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our
family and care for a panel of primary care patients. Our philosophy is to be as available to patients as possible, especially
to populations that are more vulnerable and disadvantaged. We offer scheduled early morning and late evening
appointments, walk-in appointments during the week as well as scheduled Saturday morning and telemedicine
appointments. Patients may be seen in one of our two locations in Wilmington.
What makes (Login for Information) different?
Physician Assistants have become frustrated with the increasing administrative burdens and spending hours each day
entering data into the EHR, completing forms, sending refills and returning phone calls. We believe clinicians should
diagnose problems and treat patients, not be bogged down with administrative work. Our chronic care management
team is here to address patients’ questions, concerns, refills and other requests, as well as clerical staff to complete
preauthorization and other forms. Also, each clinician can have the opportunity to have a scribe to write visit notes and
retrieve data from the EHR while the clinician talks to the patient. We believe that clinicians are happier and more
productive when they spend more time being clinicians and less time being data-entry clerks.
