Worksite Setting: Community Health Care Center
Scope of Work: Routine visits, vaccinations, chronic illness management, unusual pain (joint, chest or difficulty breathing), symptoms of disease or infection, mental health issues
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: DC license, DEA, BLS CSR
