Summary
(Login for Information), a large multi-specialty staff model HMO is seeking a BC/BE, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Primary Care Physician to join our Ormond Beach facility located at 300 Clyde Morris Blvd. (Login for Information)no weekends, call is light and by telephone only. Some of our larger multi-specialty hubs offer Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Infusion Clinic, Lab, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Pharmacy, Ultrasound and X-ray all onsite. New grads & experienced welcome!

Qualifications
- MD / DO
- BC / BE
- Current Florida License
