Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Urgent Care Physician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients with a wide range of urgent health issues in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients presenting with urgent medical conditions.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform minor surgical procedures as needed.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including radiography and laboratory tests.
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists in Dermatology, Urology, Pain Medicine, Pediatrics, and more.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and completion of residency training in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related field.
• Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in urgent care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of various medical systems and procedures, including Mammography and Nuclear Medicine.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients quickly.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
