Treasure Coast Community Health Is growing, and we need a Lead Primary Care Physician to join our team.
The Lead Medical Provider is a leadership position that combines direct patient care with administrative responsibilities. This position is responsible for working with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and Associate Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) to coordinate clinical activities that support policies, goals, and objectives established and approved by the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. The Lead Medical Provider, under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, shall help supervise all aspects of medical patient care services, at their assigned location, provided by TCCH. The Lead Medical Provider shall assist the Chief Medical Officer and Associate Chief Medical Officer, in implementing, reviewing and developing clinical protocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, provider workflow planning and provider scheduling. They will complete peer reviews and evaluations for medical providers at their location, with support from the CMO and ACMO. The position also serves as a coach/mentor/trainer to the clinical staff giving guidance in best practices.

Required qualifications include Board Certified Physician in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, licensed to practice in the State of Florida. Three or more years of experience in management and supervisory positions preferred. CPR is required.
