Join a dynamic outpatient team providing acute care, wellness, and primary care for patients ages 2 and up. Enjoy a steady pace with 2–4 patients per hour and supportive colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified MD or Nationally Certified NP/PA (ANCC or AANP)
• DEA required; CSR if required by state
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable with well-woman exams and chronic care management
• In-clinic procedures a plus, but not required
