- Monday - Friday schedule: 8 am - 6 pm, 8 am - 7 pm, 8 am - 5 pm, 8 am - 5 pm, 8 am - 1 pm
- Average 20 patients per day in outpatient setting
- Board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
- Full-service outpatient office with comprehensive facilities
- Hospital-employed position with benefits package
