- Leadership role supervising and training primary care providers
- Call shared among group and over the phone only
- Onsite services include digital X-ray, ultrasound, and EKG
- Outpatient setting focused on geriatric medicine
- Lead care team with medical assistant and care coordinator
- Board certification in geriatric medicine required
- Hospital-employed position with leadership development
