- Monday 8 am - 6 pm, Tuesday 8 am - 7 pm
- Wednesday and Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Friday 8 am - 1 pm
- See 20 - 25 patients per day
- Full-service outpatient office setting
- No residents - independent practice
- Board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- DEA license required
