(Login for Information), a large multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking a BC/BE, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Edgewater facility located at 239 N. Ridgewood Ave.  Office hours are flexible, outpatient only, no weekends, call is very limited and by telephone only. The Edgewater facility offers Behavioral Health, Endocrinology, Extended Hour Care Center, Primary Care, Sports Medicine, X-ray, Lab, and Pharmacy all onsite. New Grads & Experience Welcomed!

Qualifications

• MD / DO
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (new physician)
• Current Active Florida License
• DEA License
