The Role

We are looking for a versatile practitioner to serve our diverse patient base across our two primary locations. This is a unique opportunity for a provider who enjoys the full spectrum of Family Medicine, from pediatric milestones to geriatric wellness, while integrating specialized services in mental health and gynecology.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Spectrum Primary Care: Provide expert medical care to patients of all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics).

• Integrated Wellness: Manage acute and chronic conditions, including the delivery of gynecological exams and the integration of mental health support into primary care plans.

• Multi-Site Collaboration: Maintain a presence at both our Sarasota and Bradenton offices (travel between locations is required).

• Preventative Leadership: Conduct physicals, screenings, and patient education to promote long-term community health.

• Patient Advocacy: Coordinate with our internal mental health specialists and clinical staff to ensure a seamless, "whole-office" patient experience.

Qualifications

• Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds).

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Florida Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one).

• Versatility: Demonstrated experience or comfort in providing Gynecological care and managing Mental Health concerns within a primary care setting.

• Flexibility: Willingness and reliable transportation to rotate between the Sarasota and Bradenton locations.

• Communication: A warm, empathetic bedside manner with the ability to communicate complex medical information to patients of all ages.
