Our client is seeking an innovative physician leader to serve as Medical Director for its growing primary care and cognitive health practice. This unique opportunity combines traditional primary care, functional medicine, and cutting-edge cognitive health protocols designed to help patients optimize their health, preserve cognitive function, and reduce their risk of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.
As Medical Director, you will spend approximately 80% of your time providing patient care and 20% leading clinical operations and provider development. The majority of patient care is traditional outpatient primary care, complemented by opportunities to incorporate cognitive health assessments, Alzheimer's risk reduction strategies, lifestyle interventions, and functional medicine approaches into individualized patient care plans.

Qualifications
- BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Interest in functional medicine, preventive care, cognitive health, and Alzheimer's prevention
- Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of, or be willing to relocate to, Sarasota or Jacksonville, Florida
