Family Medicine Physician Locums Job in Louisiana | Part-Time and Ongoing | Assignment #110669

Shift Details:  
--2 days per week needed
--Option to work ½ days(4-hours) and/or full days(8-hours)

Requirements: 
--Board Certified 
--Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, and cardiovascular
--Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products)
--Provider must have their own office
--AANP
--Active and unrestricted full LA license
--Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified

Assignment Details:  
--Need is on a PRN basis, ongoing
--One-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments
--Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing.
--No prescribing, no treatment
