- Very light call: 1 in 8, phone only with mid-level providers as first line
- Board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physician
- Comprehensive family care from newborns to geriatrics
- Location just north of Atlanta with mountains in the background
- See 16 - 20 patients per day
- Supervise mid-level practitioners and medical students
- Well-established community health center group practice
