Seeking a full-time BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a thriving physician group as faculty in southwestern Georgia.Details: Ideal candidate will have GME experience working in a supervisory capacity with residents of an ACGME accredited FM residency program Candidate must be passionate about teaching and supervising residents who are learning to provide the full spectrum of Family Medicine, AND have an interest in learning the foundational principles of graduate medical education with the goal of becoming an effective and efficient faculty member Position requires teaching and supervising residents providing low risk prenatal care and post-partum care Facilities: New Medicine Clinic located on the hospital's campus State-of-the-art training center with simulation labs Conference center Physiciansand#8217; lounge with meals provided 24-hour all-access employee fitness center Compensation/Benefits: Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; negotiable depending on GME experience or additional training such as a fellowship Generous student loan repayment assistance Paid health insurance in exchange for precepting residents and medical students Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Optional participation in supplemental benefits package Paid house-hunting and relocation expenses Monthly cell phone allowance CME allowance and CME paid time off Paid time off annually, plus holidays Residents/fellows who make an early commitment receive a monthly stipend through the duration of their training Community: Located in southwestern Georgia, this city is known for its rich agricultural roots, particularly in peanuts, and its charming small-town atmosphere.
