Job Description
A well-established and growing physician-owned practice is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join its outpatient team in Dawsonville, Georgia, a rapidly growing community in North Georgia. The practice is known for its patient-centered approach, strong provider support, and emphasis on work-life balance.
Position Overview:
- 100% outpatient with no hospital responsibilities
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Average patient volume of 20-22 patients per day
- 1:12 call rotation, with calls screened and handled by an APP first
- Dedicated scribe support
- Charting completed during clinic hours-no taking work home
- Collegial group focused on long-term patient relationships and quality care
- EMR: Epic
Compensation & Benefits:

- Transition to 38%-40% of collections after the guarantee period
