Rochelle Community Hospital is seeking an Experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a busy Outpatient Clinic in June 2025. Great office dynamics and collaboration with colleges! The Nurse Practitioner must be passionate about delivering personable and compassionate care to every patient seen. This is extremely important to Rochelle Community Hospital. 

·         Outpatient Practice

·         Great work life balance

·         10-14 Patients per day

·         0.6 FTE (1248 hrs. per year)

·         Hours 8am-5pm

·         3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

·         Salary starting at 87,360 - 90,055 based on experience
