Family Medicine Physician

We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic in Northern Illinois. We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention & wellness, acute and chronic disease management & maximizing provider-patient relationships.

Seeking

Physician who is passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes.

 

Duties

Procedures, Physicals, Well women’s visits, Acute, Chronic disease management & coaching

•  Average of 10-12 patients/day

•  More time spent with patients to enhance relationships and build trust

•  Far less time with ICD-10 coding and admin work vs traditional primary care & admin time is built into the schedule (NO need to take work home)

•  The opportunity to really improve patient outcomes with a finite patient panel

•  NO Call


Patient population: employees and families of all ages down to 3+ years

Hours: 40 hours per week; Can be flexible

Schedule: Days and hours per day flexible for the right candidate, possibly 4 x10's

Clinic Team: one nurse practitioner, two MAs, and a medical receptionist.

Onsite: Labs and Dispensary

 

Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control is required

Package
•   Earn potentially over $275,000

•  Five full weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)

•  CME reimbursed up to $3,000 per year, along with 40 hours of time off for CME purposes (pro-rated)

•  Medical licensing and DEA fully reimbursed

•  Malpractice coverage starting from day one

•  Regular provider meetings, such as journal clubs and grand rounds, for ongoing learning, development, and team collaboration


Qualifications
 

•  MD or DO

•  Board-certified (or eligible) in Family or Internal Medicine

•  Procedure experience a plus

•  2025 residents primary care welcome
