Job Description

We are seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our highly regarded primary care practice in one of the area's most advanced healthcare campuses.
The Opportunity
Enjoy a completely OP practice with daily volumes that won't burn you out
Take advantage of a 4-day workweek and 6 weeks of PTO
Option to work in a new clinic at a brand new $20 million healthcare campus, featuring the latest in medical technology and patient care amenities with a team of 20 PCPs, all dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a collegial and supportive environment
Option to run a team of APPs at a clinic in Illinois - $325,000 base
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $280,000 - $300,000 (negotiable, dependent on experience)
Productivity model in place: Proven $330,000 - $350,000 potential
Sign on bonus, residency stipend, 403b and 457 Top Hat plans, full suite of benefits, 6 weeks PTO
