Job Description
A well-established leading non-profit in Illinois is looking to expand its primary care team in this beautiful lakefront community in central Illinois
Position Highlights:
Collegial team of 30 primary care physicians eager to welcome you and provide mentorship
Incredible support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for rooming, scribing, and after-hours calls
4, 4.5, or 5 day work week options for building your dream schedule
Option to pick up hospitalist shifts if interested, but not required
42 Days Off- unmatched paid time off for incredible work/life balance
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary starting at $292,000
Additional earning potential from wRVUs and ~$14,500 in annual quality bonuses
$200,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
