Job Description
We are seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join one of the fastest-growing healthcare teams in the Chicagoland area. Opportunities in multiple locations across the Chicago suburbs.
Opportunity:
Large referral network of over 900 physicians
Autonomy to practice physician-directed medicine
Base salary up to $300k, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience
2 year track to partnership/shareholder status
Residents encouraged to apply

$100K student loan repayment
Relocation assistance
Generous time off including PTO, holidays and CME
Full comprehensive health coverage
In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $275K- $450K
