Practice Details

• Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for 100% outpatient position at community health center
• Call ratio is once every 6/7 weeks for one full week, after clinic hours and it goes through a triage line first.
• Schedule - 1 (12) hour day, 1(4) hour day, and 3 (8) hour days.  1 Saturday per month 8a-12p
• This employer will consider a four-day work week.  
• Opportunity to perform in-office procedures, if desired. 
• Opportunity to teach / round with medical students and residents, not required.  
• Will consider sponsoring J1 and H1b visas.

Compensation Details

• Competitive salary range (based on experience):
  • Starting salary $275,000 (for a new graduate) and up to $385,000 for someone who has 25+ years of experience. 
• Sign on bonus $30,000
• Bonus 2x a year for meeting 80% or 90% of productivity.
• Retirement
• 18 PTO, 2 Personal, 6 Holidays, 5 CME
• CME - 5 days and $2500 stipend 
• Loan Repayment through NHSC
