Family Medicine Other job located in Illinois

We're expanding our national provider network and looking for experienced Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers with multi-state licensure (at least 10+ active states) and an active DEA to join our growing virtual care team. 

This is a part-time 1099 remote position ideal for providers who value flexibility, short visit formats, and strong clinical support.

• See patients for brief, focused visits (sync & async) 

• Backed by a large, experienced clinical support team (RNs, MAs, admin) 

• Protocol-driven care across a broad spectrum: 

• Primary & Urgent Care 

• TRT / BHRT 

• Weight Management / Obesity 

• Work fully remote, flexible hours, from anywhere in the U.S. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• MD or DO with active license in 15+ states 

• Active DEA license 

• Comfortable with short, protocol-guided telehealth visits 

• Prior telemedicine experience preferred
