A FQHC is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Chicago, Illinois.

This full-time position (2740 hours per week, with possible Saturday coverage) is for an MD/DO, with consideration for a GP. The role requires caring for patients of all ages, including children and adults, with an expected caseload of 68 patients per four-hour session, or 1216 per day. No call is required. Candidates must hold an active Illinois license, DEA, and CSR, with COVID or flu vaccination preferred. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is mandatory. Support staff includes RNs and MAs at each site, with additional providers varying by location. The practice uses Athena EMR, and the credentialing timeframe is 3045 days.
