Job Description
This long-standing Midwest health system, driven by high-quality, patient-centered care, is seeking another provider to join their rapidly growing primary care team in the Springfield, IL area.
Position details:
Join a thriving outpatient practice that's committed to continuity, quality care, and physician autonomy. This is the ideal setting for both new grads and experienced providers looking for a sustainable, patient-first practice.
100% outpatient only - no OB, no call, and no walk-ins
High volume of OP procedures, if desired
Epic EMR, dedicated support staff, and AI scribe
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary starting at $300K for new grads, plus value-based incentive bonuses and wRVU bonuses
$215K provider incentive package to include commencement bonus, relocation bonus, housing bonus, and student loan repayment
Residency Stipend: $2000/month
Excellent benefits including malpractice with tail, maternity and paternity leave, adoption assistance, retirement, robust PTO, and more
