Position details:
Join this collegial group of five primary care providers in this IL charming IL town - a place where your voice is heard and your care makes a real difference
100% outpatient practice - no OB, no walk-ins, and no call
Option for a 4- or 5-day work week with remote admin time
Diverse patient mix, high volume of OP procedures (if desired), and strong referral team (1000+ referrals weekly)
Dedicated MA support, Epic EMR, AI scribe
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary guarantee, plus value-based incentive bonuses and wRVU bonuses
$215K provider incentive package to include commencement bonus, relocation bonus, housing bonus, and student loan repayment paid directly to provider
Residency Stipend: $2000/month
Excellent benefits including malpractice with tail, maternity and paternity leave, adoption assistance, retirement, robust PTO, and more
