Outpatient Primary Care Physician Locums Job | West Chicago, Illinois

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible MD to join our outpatient primary care team in West Chicago Illinois. This is a full-time, temporary-to-long-term opportunity with a smooth transition between two nearby clinic locations.

Details/Requirements:
--Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
--Setting: 100% outpatient, no call
--Patient Population: All ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
--Volume: 21–25 patients per day (15-minute appointments)
--EMR: Epic
--Scope: Bread-and-Butter Primary Care
--Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
--Must be local or willing to relocate
