Job Description
- Perform School & Sports Physicals
- Work with community
Under direction of Medical Director and/or collaborating physician will provide health care services in any agency clinic as assigned. This includes, but not limited to School & Sports physicals, the diagnosis and treatment of STDs and other acute and chronic health problems; performing routine health exams and lab testing. Provide education to clients and staff on prevention and healthcare issues. Follow standing orders, policies and procedures of agency along with IDPH and CDC programmatic rules and regulations. Reports to the Director of Nursing and Public Health Administrator.
