Details/Requirements:
--Location: Chicago Heights + coverage at two locations throughout the week
--Setting: Outpatient
--Schedule: Full-time
--Start Date: December (Maternity coverage)
--Patient Volume: ~3 patients per hour
--Duration: 3-month commitment with option to extend in 3-month blocks
--Patient Population: Must see all ages
--Requirements: Active Medicaid enrollment
--EMR: Athena
