Position Highlights:

Practice full-scope Family Medicine within a collegial, team-oriented group

Moderate patient volume provides ample time for relationship-based care

4-day work week with flexible, shared call among seven providers

Compensation Details:

$350,000 guaranteed, ongoing base salary

Production bonus with earning potential reaching $450,000+

Recruiting incentives include $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend

6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
