We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) at a cutting-edge primary care clinic in Machesney Park, IL (Rockford Area). In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Highlights:

• Manage only 10-14 patients per day
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable workweek with phone-only call
• No after-hours call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $250,000 - $280,000 base salary

Qualifications:

• BE/BC in family medicine or internal medicine (see patients 2+ years)
• Procedure experience is a huge plus!
