Opportunity:
- Join and collaborate with experienced Family Practice Physicians to manage shared patient panel
- Provide care of established patients for treatment and management of both acute and chronic conditions
- Hours are Monday-Friday; No Call
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited MSN program
- Current IL RN license
- Current APRN
- Current DEA
- CPR Certification
- Other certifications as required
