Practice Details

• Physician leader to collaborate in a dyad leadership structure, responsible for monitoring and improving the level of care for patients.
• Managing Medical Directors are responsible for participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation and oversight of quality assessment, performance improvement, and performance management of ambulatory clinicians.
• Medical directors will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), quality leadership, and other executive management teams to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve medical practice.
• This role is a blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and operations planning, essential for driving the success of healthcare operations. Serves in both a clinical and leadership capacity, divided as 3 days administrative and 2 days clinical.

• Full time, base salary pay range for this position: $299,374-$405,036.
