--Location: Chicago Heights area Tuesday- Friday 
--Setting: Outpatient setting
--Schedule: Full-time

--Patient Volume: ~3 patients per hour
--Duration: 3-month commitment with option to extend in 3-month blocks
--Patient Population: Must see all ages
