An independently owned, financially stable health system in Eastern Illinois is seeking a BE/BC Palliative Care physician to help launch and shape a brand-new service line. This is a rare opportunity to build a meaningful program from the ground up with strong administrative support and the backing of a respected community-based organization. The position offers a $275K base salary, $40K sign-on bonus, $20K relocation, and generous paid time off. Easy access to Chicago, Indianapolis, & St Louis.$275,000 base salary.  $40,000 sign on bonus.  Build a new palliative care service line.  Independent, physician-friendly hospital system.  EMR is CERNER.  Hospital Employee .  Relocation Bonus available up to $20,000.  Up to 5 weeks of PTO available.  403B.
