Chestnut Health Systems in Granite City, IL is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join their multidisciplinary team of caring and quality professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of the patients they serve.
- Outpatient only
- No weekends, rounding, or call
- 260k per year plus benefits
Chestnut Health Systems is a Federally Qualified Health Center, helping the medically underserved patients. Physician will have the opportunity to work in a newly renovated 78,000 square foot facility with new equipment, pharmacy, and lab on site.
