Family Medicine job located in Indiana

We are seeking a Program Director for an established Family Medicine Residency Program in Northwest Indiana, located about an hour outside of Chicago.
The program is entering its third year and currently trains 18 residents, with a strong focus on outpatient family medicine while offering diverse inpatient experiences to prepare graduates for successful practice.

Position Highlights:

- Approximately 50% administrative / 50% clinical
- Oversee and maintain the quality of didactic and clinical education
- Establish strategic direction, standards, and reputation for the program

Requirements:

- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Minimum 3+ years of academic medicine experience as a Program Director or Core Faculty
- Documented educational and/or administrative experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
