Family Medicine Hospital Based job located in Indiana

Hospital seeks an employed physician to work alongside 3 other FP's and 2 NP's. Clinical responsibilities involve a broad scope of outpatient family medicine procedures. See everything from pediatric to geriatric patients. All inpatient needs are referred to the hospitalist. Office has rotating specialists that are also employed (i.e. Cardiology, Ortho, etc). Clinic has an experienced technical and administrative team. Share call coverage 1:4 by phone only. Local hospital is an acute care facility serving a primary care patient base of over 150K residents and 250K in the secondary market. City offers a Performing Arts Center, Symphony Orchestra, Civic Theater, Museums, public and private golf courses, lots of local youth sports, lake activities, and several local parks for more outdoor fun.
