Job Description
This highly impressive, modern, not-for-profit health center in northwest Iowa, under one hour from Sioux City and Sioux Falls, is seeking a dynamic BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their growing team. Position Details:
Heavy outpatient family medicine practice opportunity with a team of three highly experienced FM physicians, four NPs, and 1 PA
Unprecedented quality of life with a 4.5- or 4-day workweek option and no call
Optimal clinical efficiency with robust support staff, dedicated nursing, strong coordination care team, and AI scribe/documentation
Optional ER shifts available

Compensation & Benefits:
Highly competitive base salary guarantee plus retention bonuses
Demonstrated proven earning potential of $500K+
Student loan repayment - PSLF eligible
$300K signing bonus plus $12K relocation
