Job Description
An award-winning not-for-profit Critical Access Hospital seeks a Primary Care Provider (FM/IM) to join their established, collegial team in Northeastern Iowa due to growth:
4-day workweek
Low patient volume of 12-15 patients per day to focus on quality of care
Experienced nursing and support staff including a dedicated medical assistant
Specialty interests are encouraged and can be supported
IPERS (Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System) and PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
Up to $375,000 permanent base salary, potential for RVU production bonus, quality bonus, relocation assistance, inhouse student loan assistance, and more!
