Job Description
This highly impressive community hospital, undergoing a $29M expansion and renovation, is seeking a dynamic BC/BE Family Medicine provider to join its growing practice. Enjoy incredible work/life balance for outstanding earnings.
Position Details:
This collegial team of three primary care MD's and five primary care APPs is seeking a dynamic family medicine provider to join their growing group
Heavy outpatient practice with a true 4-day work week; 32 patient contact hours per week
Optimal clinical efficiency with two dedicated support staff plus a scribe
Modern facility equipped with advanced medical technology, in-house specialists, APPs, specialized clinics, and more
Optional ED shifts, if desired
Compensation & Benefits:
Highly competitive $315k base salary plus production bonuses and quality incentive bonuses
Demonstrated proven earning potential of $600K+
$100k recruitment incentive package to include relocation, commencement, and retention bonuses
8+ weeks PTO, $100k student loan repayment, IPERS, malpractice with tail, and more
