Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care integrating conventional and holistic medical approaches
• Mentor and guide clinical staff, fostering a culture of curiosity and growth
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, health coaches, and wellness practitioners
• Contribute to clinical innovation, quality improvement, and operational efficiency
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation using modern EMR systems
• Pursue or maintain certification in integrative medicine as appropriate

Qualifications:

• MD or DO, board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Board certification in integrative medicine preferred, or willingness to pursue fellowship
• Interest or experience in integrative or holistic medicine strongly preferred
• Leadership and team collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and openness to innovation
