A clinic for a hospital is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Central Indiana.

This role offers flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30-5:00 p.m., with no call responsibilities. The provider-MD or APP-will see 10-20 patients per day across all ages, primarily for sick and acute visits, with some physicals and womens health exams. Candidates must be BC/BE in Family Medicine with an active Iowa license and DEA. At the Gowrie site, the clinician will work as the sole primary care provider with MA support; at Lake City, there are two additional providers and MA support. The practice uses Epic, and they prefer someone open to ongoing PRN work each month.
