The facility is a rural hospital that serves the local community with comprehensive medical services. The hospital maintains a collaborative healthcare team including multiple physicians, mid-level practitioners, and specialized staff including podiatry and mental health services. The facility utilizes Epic EMR for streamlined clinical operations and patient care coordination.

The physician will provide comprehensive family medicine services in both clinic and emergency department settings, managing 12-15 patients daily in clinic and 8-15 patients per 24-hour period in the emergency department. Daily responsibilities include morning inpatient rounding followed by clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, four days per week. Call coverage is required 10 days per month and one weekend every three months, serving as backup support when advanced practice providers need assistance. The position requires maintaining proximity within 30 minutes of the hospital during call periods and utilizes the Epic EMR system for all clinical documentation.
