Job Description

An independent hospital in Iowa is looking for a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join their primary care group. Enjoy a great lifestyle with moderate volume and a flexible schedule. Position Highlights:
  • Outpatient primary care with the option for hospital coverage for additional pay
  • 4-day work week with 32 patient facing hours per week
  • Moderate volume of 15-18 patients per day allows you time to develop relationships
  • Dedicated exam rooms and experienced nursing staff allow you to focus on providing care for your patients

    Compensation Details:
  • Ongoing, guaranteed base salary to $300,000+
  • wRVU production bonus with proven earning potential to $400,000+
  • Six-figure recruiting incentives
  • Full complement of benefits includes comprehensive health care, strong retirement match, and malpractice with tail
  • 6+ weeks of PTO, CME stipend, and relocation reimbursement
